Book and pay
Find a specialist, pick a time, and sign in to pay. Checkout is Paystack. You pay a deposit at booking; the remaining balance is due from Appointments. After a successful card payment you land on a confirmation with time, maps, calendar, and WhatsApp. If the card succeeds but the visit still looks pending, wait and refresh before paying again.
Cancel and reschedule
Cancel from Appointments. Cancel 24 hours or more ahead for a deposit refund; inside 24 hours the deposit is forfeited. No-shows forfeit the deposit and the booking fee — we do not charge the leftover service automatically. Specialists may hold about 15 minutes if you are late. You or your specialist can reschedule before the visit; the deposit carries over. Full rules: Visit policies.
Referral
Share your code from Appointments or Refer a friend. A new client gets ₦300 off a first qualifying booking. We do not sell gift cards.
Waitlist
If a specialist is full, join their waitlist. That is not a paid booking. When someone cancels, the next person on the list gets a link to book that time — pay the deposit to lock the chair.
Specialists
New listings include a 7-day trial. After that, keep your marketplace listing with ₦5,000/month or ₦50,000/year from the specialist dashboard. Clients pay BetaSteez; your payout is sent later by admin via Paystack Transfer once the visit is complete.
Install and reminders
There is no App Store app. Add BetaSteez to your Home Screen from the browser (Android: Install app; iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen). After you sign in, enable reminders on Appointments or the specialist dashboard. We only send visit reminders — not daily marketing.
Reviews
After a completed visit we ask you to rate it. Reviews are not instant — admin publishes them so the homepage only shows real, checked feedback.
